What should the plate on the driver's door jamb look like?

i found a VIN verification guy who is able to help sort out the whole mismatched VIN but he needs to see the plate missing from the driver's door jamb.

Can anyone point me toward an example of the correct 1970 plate and the 1973 plate? I think it's supposed to be a federal safety certification plate, but not certain of what data is or is not on it.

Thanks in advance.

The Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards ID plate on the driver-side door jamb is a white plastic tag fastened to the car using 4 rivets (not screws!). It will have the month/year (xx/oo), the VIN & the vehicle type code on it (which is 100GBS1 for the late 850 Spiders).

1970 tag (note that this is from my 850 Racer with code 100GBR1 instead):

1973 tag (incorrectly mounted with screws instead of rivets):
