Cromodora Center Cap

Recently,
I purchased my dream wheels (CD31) and love them. However, one wheel has a center cap that is brass (beautiful) while the other three are silver in color. Totally an oversight on my part when choosing the center caps. The three silver caps look new and the brass looks very worn and old.
Would anyone have an extra Cromodora center cap to match the three silver ones?
Of course I would purchase and pay for shipping.

The brass one is pretty dinged up and the dimples that are supposed to be there have been smoothed out. I am very OCD if you can’t tell...lol

there is an ebay seller in europe that has these as reproductions... and I even think our own Riccardo made some of these up.

the "trouble" with the repros is a bit of lack in the fine detail...for those of us who are OCD

this is what an original looks like, the "stippled" area is black, with the raised surfaces bright polished.



the difficult part to find is the retaining plate at the rear, which comes in a few different sizes (OD of the "step" varies by several mm) to fit different wheel styles.

absolutely the best looking wheel for an X19 (I have 13 x 6 Daytona's on my 1978 S1 )

I keep seeing a set of 4 caps that match the ones that came with my CD31s for about $90 on eBay but they are in Serbia. I don’t know if I trust that too much. There are two listed and they are both the same pics but the prices are different. Makes my very suspicious.
Does anyone have a silver one laying around that they could sell me?

Yeah, you are right. I will, probably in the near future. Just thought there might be one someone who has one cap that they might part with here.

Then spend more money, and buy them from a US vendor that you can trust? Otherwise you take your chances, and they got your US $$$.
I buy them in Italy, but only GOD knows where they are made, and she ain't telling!

So far, I have not found any here in the US. I will keep looking.
If she ain’t telling then they just might be the Serbian ones or Chinese.
I will be patient and find the right ones.
