July Update + 56 Hours
The new screws were fit to the front of the removeable top.
The fiberglass was countersunk so the screws rest flush to the roof
Blocking out the Slick Sand on front roof section

Sanding and finding some previous holes had been filled, leaving indentations

Continuing to strengthen and straighten the openings with DynaGlass

Flex glaze, smoothing the repairs
Continuing to sand the exterior of the front bumper, finding splits
The exterior paint was scraping off and would not feather, so it needed to be sand stripped
Pock marks, pinholes in the fiberglass
Sanding to the gel-coat
Splits along the bottom of rear bumper, v-ing out the cracks, exposing fiberglass
Applying panel bonding adhesive
After curing, sanding the bonding adhesive
Both bumpers repaired and sanded clean
Applying black epoxy primer inside
Epoxy priming the exterior of bumpers

After sanding, the bumpers needed another coat of primer
Final primed 2k urethane
