1409 Progress

I have their tubes on my red X, bought them from a buddy of mine. Really nice. They apparently have the pattern and don't need yours to copy. After posting I realize you are talking Scorpions and my experience is with Xs. Hopefully they do have the pattern for your car.

I bought a set of new ones from B&M Racing. They are made out of stainless and were well made. I specified that the tube ends be shrunk down to 1 3/8 to fit the radiator hoses otherwise the tubes are 1.5”. Double check that it is 1 3/8, its been a while.

Drove the Lancia to our Fiat Breakfast, first time with the new motor mounts. Nasty vibration. Feels like the motor is mounted directly to the frame. Anyone else experience this? Not sure where to start looking.
PS everyone loved the mirrors .

Unless you did install solid mounts, which I assume you did not, look for the engine/trans/exhaust touching the body somewhere.

My Monte Hospital mounts are a bit firm too, are those what you used? I think they use a slightly higher durometer material than stock to better control engine movement under load.

I have since bought a set of the mounts from Bielstein that are supposed to be more of an OEM copy (and have the little OEM cutouts in the design), but haven't installed them yet. I've only got 1,400 miles or so on the TMH mounts and I'm wondering if they might "break in" a little more.

Yes, I have this MonteCarlo bumpers for sale now and can make more if desire.
