Please don't ridicule my desire to restore this system. It does a great job of controlling fumes and allows the tank to breathe. And doesn't deter from performance.
I have some questions...
Where in this image does the charcoal canister mount, er mount? All pipes etc. are in this area so I'm pretty sure it goes somewhere on this inner fender wall. Maybe where what looks like a cut-off bracket was just below the wire bundle?
Which nipple on the back of the intake does the canister top nipple attach to? Lower left or upper right? Who cares?
The canister I'm using came from an X (thanks Alex!) and has an extra nipple in the center, can I just cap it?
