The headlights on my 124 sedan were very dim. I found a 4 beam "Jeep/GM/Ford" kit on Ebay for a reasonable price and decided to order it. It arrived today and was exactly as advertised. The connectors were all correct for the headlights in my car and I had it installed in about 45 minutes.
Here is a picture I saved for when the Ebay link inevitably (Do you hear that Mr Anderson?) dies. When I ordered, I was worried that the length of wire between the two sets of headlights might be too short. Nope. I had at least 12" more than I needed to reach from the PS over to the DS.
I do wish there were a few more inches of red wire on the PS in the harness for the battery, but there was enough to work with.
The lights are nice and bright now, so I am calling this a kit success.
