I have had 8 scorpions in my times, 5 still, only 2-3 that may make it back on the road. It is a great journey. Welcome to the madness

15" Momo wheels (Anyone know anything about these?)
I did a comment on those:

I was thinking they were 14" but they were also available in 15x6. BTW, it was a 1986 catalog.

Thanks, I saw your post about the wheels but I thought that you were referring that the wheels were Polaris brand (which I have never heard of). Now I understand.

You are a glutton for punishment :)

Congrats!

Looks like a solid start to a worthy project. I'm dying to know if the X1/9 switches and instruments are functional.

I followed that auction too. Seems like you got a great deal. I trust the title situation isn't going to be trouble for you in the state you're going to register it in? I like those wheels too!

Congrats! Take more pictures of the interior when you get a chance. I would like to see with the doors closed and how they mate up with the dash. Is there a gap?

More pictures?
How is that heat exchanger (radiator) in the rear plumbed into the cooling system?

Appears to be a single carb Lampredi TC. Current overall condition at this time is _?

The X1/9 dash fits very well. I doubt any of the general public would ever know that is not a Scorpion dash or seats.

Yes. Single carb. Needs fuel pump. Not getting gas at carb. Starts and runs briefly on starting fluid. Will get back to you on duel radiators.

Do you hear it come on when you turn on the ignition? If not, check the fuel pump starting relay. If good, bang the fuel pump with a wrench. If it doesn't wake up, I guess it's time to replace. I ended up replacing mine with the old Mazda RX-7 pump I had in my parts bin...worked a treat, and starts without any drama every time.
