Found this on the floor followed by a flopping “dome” light switch. Luckily I had spares. Then why was only the left light working? Bulb was good but there was not contact between the wire and the bulb post. 55 years of corrosion. I tried to clean including using a dropper of muriatic acid, to no avail. I wanted to be sure not to damage the plastic so I decided to add a small drop of solder and all is well.

Never had an overheating problem but I found quite a bit of paper (from old towels) and leaves pushed up against the radiator so I cleaned that up. Found a small tear in the rubber shroud but from days of cracked Alfa intake plenums I learned shoe goo is your friend.
It was nice day for a test drive with temps in the high 50s.

That looks amazing how did you get your dials so clean?
