600 & 600D transaxle shaft diameter

Anyone know the Outside diameters of the 600 & 600D transaxles shafts are?

Do you mean the polished part where the seal is on the boot? My 600D axles are 25mm where the seal is. The early 600 shafts are a lot skinnier.
