'72 850 Gas Tank

If you have wondered what happened to the leftover Fiat 600 carb floats and needles I found where they went, vents for the 850 fuel tank.

We found a couple more pin holes in the same area as the big one shown and one at the drain plug fitting.
There was another near the "felt" strip.
Washed it out with soap and water, did the nuts and bolts thing, cleaned it with thinner to remove what may have been an older coating. Rewashed with soap and water and then let it dry overnight.
Brazed up the larger spot and the pin holes.
Coated it with the Caswell gray colored coating (easier to see inside the tank) and let it dry for about 2 days.
Back in car and it looks to be good/not leaking.
I'll keep an eye on it for a while but for now the car is back on the road.
Oh, I forgot to mention the rebuilt brake system while the tank was out. Calipers, pads, wheel cylinders, master cylinder, hoses, some hard lines and a lot of cleaning.
Minor details...
