It appears to have worn from rubbing against the body (the grommet slipped out. I'm still trying to fit a compression fitting to splice the line, but if that doesn't work, can anybody tell me how to get to the union inside the body where this line section is joined? I think I may have trouble locating a replacement section (Orion in Houston can't get the part). Any ideas? Thanks!

[FONT=Trebuchet MS, Verdana, Tahoma, Arial]<!-- google_ad_section_start -->It isn't that hard, and you can buy a brake line bender for just a few bucks. If you have the technical ability, it's strongly suggest that you replace that whole section - a compression fitting mid way down a brake line might not be the wisest approach.

You'll need a line flaring tool too... you can probably borrow or rent one from a parts store.
