Nope- look around the web. Prices USD65 to 90. EU120 to 140 for a twin cam version. Availability is not good either.
 
Price including shipping not insane for a new part for an old car, but part does not meet my idea of "new".
Shouldn't it have a paper label at least? and every edge with mold flashing is grimy.

So, how bad do you want this particular one?

If you want a 1300 engine timing belt cover without the air pump this is a good option. Better than simply cutting the air pump part off of the original cover.
