Totaled the 500 this weekend. IF I get the car back, I may have some bits for sell. Has a leather interior. Most if not all of the bits under the hood got smashed good.
Jeebus Tim! Hope all involved came through better than the 500. There are too many people out here and too many bad drivers on the road to boot. If I can help at all let me know.

500 vs SUV, you know who wins that one however both myself and the other driver are fine. No passengers. I will know more about the cars fate later this week. As soon as I know the plan and if I get the car back, I will give an update with stuff to sell. Interestingly, I am working on a couple of "projects" so who knows, the heart of this car if not badly damaged, might live on...
Insurance paid out a decent amount; about 80% what I paid for the car 4 years ago so I was happy to take it. I strongly considered buying it back and pulling the engine, but I just don't know what the heck I would do with it as I have no projects that I would think of using the motor. Would also be sad to see that car in that state any longer than I had too
Picked up a used 2010 Acura TL. A pretty big jump; 2 more doors, more than double the engine size + 2 more pistons and 1.4k more pounds Also double the HP
Sorry to hear you left the Abarth fold. If I was to suffer a similar fate and was paid 80% of my purchase value, I'd consider a used 500e and a Alfa 4c. The 500e's are stupid cheap on the used car market ($6k) and the Alfas are starting to suffer a similar fate (some are being sold under $50k now).
