In Al Cosentino's X 1/9 book, he mentions a Fiat tuner "Ferraris". I guess this is NOT to be confused with Enzo Ferrari, who drove a Fiat 128.

Picture #8 does seem to show "11 B" cast into the block to the right of the yellow mark. between cyl 3 and 4.

It does seem like its never been run, based on the tops of the pistons still having their bore group size "A" stamped in ink and the overall pristeen bores and combustion chambers. This might have been a dealer parts stock replacement engine, or maybe a pull from a very late model car as it is a 14-bolt FI head and block.
