Added Image search to the Xweb Specific Google search engine

I was looking at the Xweb GSE today because the Xweb logo was no longer appearing. I got the logo issue sorted out and noticed there was an option to add an "image search" feature. I added the feature, but it isn't a typical "image search" where you input an image and it returns any similar image. This option returns a list of Xweb images related to your search term. It is kind of cool as a way to search for a picture you can recall seeing, but can't remember which thread it was in.

If you want to give it a try, enter "brakes" into the search box. When the results come up, you will notice that there are now two tab choices at the top of the results list: Web and Image. Web displays the usual list of related threads by default, then click on "Image" and be amazed.:eek:;)

Another recent change with the new version of the software Mark installed is the "Featured Content" box on the Forum view. I added the BOX and the GSE links as Featured Content to make them easier to find.

Thank you Jim, that "image" feature should be very useful!

And I hadn't noticed the new "Featured Content" option, thanks for pointing that out. Aside from the two items you added, what sorts of things would be appropriate for that section?

I'm sure I speak for everyone when I say Jim (and the other moderators, administrators) are doing an amazing job for us. The wonderful Xweb experience would not be the same without your tremendous efforts. It is a time consuming job and at times it comes with plenty of aggravation. All generously volunteered. Thank you!

I really don't have plans to add more threads to the featured section. It just seemed like a good "main page" location for the links to those two tools. Hopefully, this will make more people will be aware of those tools. I find the Xweb GSE to be a much better search engine than the built in XenForo search.
