Fixed a Master Leak issue. 7mm Hose vs 5mm Fitting, kept dripping on the carpet and Brakes were Soft. Not like I remember on my other 2. Had to STAND on them too hard at speeds. Was hoping leak just let a little AIR into the system, so I back flushed from each Caliper with ONE Shot from Horse Enema size syringe, so no chance of AIR entering from that end. Was perfect amount to refilled the Empty Supply Hoses and Reservoir, so there should be no AIR in the system.
Still takes too much Pushing to Stop, even at 20 mph.
Only OEM Brake parts left are the Stainless Steel Hard Lines. Thus, no rust and no signs of leaks.
I'm thinking some of my 4 yr old, NOS or Rebuilt Calipers have frozen up for lack of use.
Now to find a deserted piece of Concrete for a LIVE BRAKE TEST. 30-50 MPH. NAIL the Brakes. See which way It goes and which Tires Leave A Mark.
