I’m getting rid of my 74 project that has just sat for too long and the 78 I bought a few years ago for parts. The 74 is fixable, but it will need a good amount of work. The rockers and strut towers are solid. The 78 is....like I said..... for parts. I’m not giving away all of the 74 only bits or the Campys that are currently on it (I’m not stupid) or the stainless overflow tank from the 78. I just want the cars out of here, I picked up a mainly rust free 72 Karmann Ghia that is currently on a rotisserie in my tiny garage and it will be taking up most of my car time. If anyone is interested let me know, I want them gone ASAP. You will need to bring a few steelies to put on the front of the 74. Both cars have valid registrations. Cars are located on Long Island. I want nothing for them, I don’t have the time or patience to part them out myself. They are just clogging up my life. I also have some extra sheet metal, doors and such that you can take if you’d like. Let me know if you are interested.

I'm gonna guess they are the bonus for the dedicated local who has the inclination to pick up the whole lot. And, that, is a wonderful thing, so cheers to the OP for that!

Indeed I do, Mr. D & on point for sure! Plus, road trip to LI would take more than this to get me to drive it....even with Campys!

Yes, clearly my speed-reading is lacking. Oh well, I thought it was just a nice gesture to include the wheels in a larger towel-throwing effort. All good. Hope someone in the northeast can save the cars. (& for the record, I don't think it would be stupid to include the wheels)

That 74 is perfect! I'd seal/clear coat it as is and rock the crap outta it!!
