Headlight brackets and chassis mountings made, test fitted, adjusted, re-test fitted.
Front mostly done. second coat of zinc phosphate primer, seam sealer again, paint it black.
Removed the AC & Coolant heat exchanger. Addressed residual rust and any needed fix up,
zinc phosphate primer, seam sealer, paint it all black.
Headlight area, LH:
Headlight area RH:
After the rear Monte bumper mounting and fitment is done, checked, re-checked
Bumpers and trim bits go out for black paint.
