Do Cromodora wheels require special lugs?

I'm getting ready to pull an early 68 out of a garage where it's been sitting for two years and the tires are toast. It has the stock steel wheels which look to be in good shape, but I want to be able to swap new tires on quickly so thinking I'll mount up these slick Cromodora CD3s I just brought home last week, courtesy of RJ80.

Can I reuse the stock lug bolts that the 68 has in place? If so, do I need anything to protect the alloy wheels?

Or do I need to source specific lug bolts for the Cromodoras?

Good lookin' wheels! I think lug bolts with a conical taper will be needed. Available lots of places, I may have a spare set.

Great wheels, just like my 68. The stock Fiat lugs fit mine. There are different lengths and I may have mixed and matched but they are all Fiat.
I had slow leaks in two of mine (magnesium is porous) on the Fiat I went with tubes. It’s getting very difficult to find a tire store willing to mount tubes.
On another car I painted the inside of the rim with glyptal.
