Engine/crankshaft thrust washer part numbers

Looking at some parts listings I find two Fiat part numbers for the 1500 SOHC crankshaft thrust washers/bearings: 902160 and 902161. What is confusing me is some of the listings specify those part numbers opposite of other listings. By that I mean some say 902161 is for the SOHC 1500 and others say it is for the DOHC 1200 (which apparently is different from all other DOHC's?)....and vice versa. Even if that did not make sense, does anyone know the difference between 902160 and 902161?

124 1200cc engine is an OHV engine in a 124 sedan (1197cc), a 1200cc DOHC was never made for the 124 series

Engine bearings between the OHV and SOHC are interchangeable, mass manufacturing techniques led Lampredi to use the same crank journal dimensions on both these engines, and carried over into the first series of DOHC as well (1438cc) and the early 1608 too...

1300/1500 use the same crank thrust washers, the main bearings interchange too, the big end bearings have different oiling hole positions, but quite a few aftermarket manufacturers unified the big ends by using three oiling holes in their bearings, even though only two are used in either application.

Uno turbo and later 1600 (1581) and 1400 (1367) engines are fractional size differences to the earlier cranks, same housing size (back dimension)

So does this mean 902160 and 902161 are completely interchangeable?

No, because as noted, one part number is for a standard size pair and one is a 10 thou over pair.
