NOS early 600D & Abarth 850TC transmission main cluster shaft assembly. This single-piece assembly was used only in the first few years of the 600D trans & was the first "improvement" over the earlier 600's multi-piece main cluster, but it still retains the original 6-spline (aka "coarse-spline") nose section design (in the later-model 600D's, this was changed to a "fine-spline" nose, instead). This item is new old stock & unused, but does have light surface rust from 60+ years of storage as well as some minor flash-rust between some of the gear teeth from when I washed the assembly off a few days ago. Original Fiat part 4044559. SOLD

And more...

Original blue-anodized metal brake fluid reservoir lid for 600 & early 600D Sedan/Multipla (also used on Abarth 750-1000, Fiat 1100 & other more exotic Italian cars of the late-'50's & early-'60's). I have 2 available, 1 slightly better than the other, lower sealing gasket is dirty on cap #1 & gasket is cracked under one of the ears on cap #2 (see photos). These caps are getting hard to find nowadays, even moreso with a good uncorroded/unfaded anodized cover.

Cap #1, $75: SOLD

Front footwell/center tunnel heater vent plates, both vents freely rotate open/closed using the center knob - $20/pair:

Please make sure the rubber in the flex couplers is in great condition, and that the controls have no rust rust thru.

Jeff, do the alloy drums fit 850 rear?

I'm not sure, as I've never tried retrofitting them to an 850 before. For reference, the internal diameter of these is about 184mm (7.25"), & the internal brake shoe contact strip is about 32mm wide/deep. The hub center hole diameter is about 58mm, bolt pattern is standard 4x98mm.

Do they have steel liners like the Alfa Alfin drums?

Yes, they have a steel (or cast iron?) inner liner for the brake shoe contact area.

Jeff, They DO fit on the rear of an 850. I have a pair on my '67 Spider.
