Wow! So, ok - I am a technical nerd and work in the web application world. Matter of fact, I work for a company that monitors web applications and reports performance bottlenecks. Imagine how disappointed I was trying to register my 500(s) on the mopar owner connect site. It literally took 20 seconds average per page load. I had to try all 3 of my browsers until I found one that actually rendered the pages properly (Chrome 30 on MAC).
Too top it off, it didn't even recognize my Abarth's vin as an Abarth and called it a 500x (guessing "x" meaning it didn't know what type of 500).
I think I better make a sales call to Fiat and see if I can't help them improve their mopar site
