I remember seeing that episode when it first aired in the US. They did similar comparisons in other episodes. I often felt they were a bit off in their assessments. But for one thing that is in the UK, which has a very different market that non-European countries. And even when it first aired here it was already several years old as @DaveR pointed out. Lots of Fiat parts were much more available and affordable back then.

It did. She obviously misspoke. As far as I know they only made one Six and it was a slant six (half of their then current V-12) which went into the Marzal concept car.
