set the float
The float has two tangs, one operates the needle & seat, the other is in the center between the float mounting rod posts.
Bend as needed, usually does not take much to make a big difference.

Your kit didn't come with instructions? The chart on the wall says for the DATRA carburetor says 7 mm, the instruction sheet for the DATRA kit I just used on my 128 says 7 mm & 43 mm down to the lower line on the float.
I assume that a DATR is the same since it's the same family of carburetors, but you might want to confirm that.
