Just came across this pair on CL. Supposedly the Spider has an A112 block and John Edwards intake manifold, but a standard 850 head (I'd verify if you're serious about the car). Both have nice wheels and the Spider also has a hardtop. Both cars are more desirable early versions too. Should be good Winter projects for someone. No connection to the seller, etc.
