X1/9 Learner's Permit...
For sale a stainless overflow tank with bracket. This isn't a repro although not sure if that really means anything or not. It was purchased from another forum member about five years ago. Asking $125 including shipping to anywhere in the U.S. Although not polished, it's clean, shiny, and doesn't leak. Attached photos (in actual shipping box!) should give you a good idea about the overall condition...
Full disclosure: This is the tank that I decided to replace with an aftermarket one from Vick Automotive when I suspected the return line on this one was aerating the coolant in my system. I don't believe this tank is any different from all the other stainless coolant tanks WRT coolant flow -- but I did experience it at high RPMs with my X.
