I had some that were really stuck. So I just twisted the heads off with the allen wrench. Then, once I had the injector off, treated them with Rustlick 311 and grabbed them with a big pair of vise grips and turned them out.
Rustlick 311 is a great penetrating oil. You can purchase it at most industrial supply or machine supply houses.

If you have a small (000) tip for an oxy-acetelean torch (I spelled that wrong and don't have a clue what be right) allpy heat to the manifold adjacent to the bolt. Dont burn the injector. Rap it smartly with a brass drift, use the penetrant and wiggle it GENTLY. If it doesen't release go thru the motions again. Once they are all out re-tap the holes (6x1.0) Lub the threads at reassembly. ALSO, if you have more than 80,000 miles on the injectors - send them to Dr Injector !! It will cost you 15 to 22 dollars each to have them cleaned and you get better performance AND new hoses. Dr Injector also has the correct grommets.<!-- google_ad_section_end -->

I took off the manifolds and tried the whole vice/penetrating oil thing, those puppies are welded in!!! I'm taking it to a machine shop to have them re-tapped tomorrow.
I already did all the hoses and replaced the rubber washers for the fuel injectors, is it still worth sending them to Dr. Injector, does anyone know of similar service in the SF bay area?
