I just rebuilt a 1300cc motor for my 1978 X/19 and i am having a
problem.. I think the oil pump is bad... Can you answer for me
please... What
is the proper oil pressure at idle and at higher RPM for this motor.

Normal oil pressure with hot oil is 10-15 at idle and 55-70 at high rpms. When you rebuilt the motor, did you replace the pump? Also check the bearing clearances at the mains and rods? It's possible to substitute a mechanical gauge to check and see what the pressure really is. Good luck,
