I'm getting old in search of torque numbers

misplaced my workshop manual and couldn't find the torque specs for the rod and crank.

Can someone post a photo of that page? The one that shows the torque pattern and specs for both.
If I remember it started off medium then you torque again to the max..

You can find the workshop manual in the Wiki section, I use it on my I-pad a lot when I'm in the shop.
