Lancia Scorpion Taillight question

Not near enough to be an easy interchange, if that's what you're thinking. At some point in time this question was posed before, and I broke down the differences between the two. Maybe you can find that post if you search around.
 
Thanks guys, I was trying to help a friend who had his tail light destroyed in a fender bender. I thought I would ask because they do look similar and the X 19 lights are fairly easily sourced and reasonable. However it sounds like it might not be a viable solution.
