Missing bolt

Was under the car for an oil change and noticed a bolt was missing for this. Before I put a bolt in, does it look like anything else is missing? Also, what is this?

Follow up question because of course nothing is ever as easy as it should be.

The bolt snapped off and the motor mount has sagged on the now unbolted end. Would the snapped bolt allow enough lack of support for the droop or is it time for all new motor mounts?

Thanks for all of the help.

Depends on what you mean by "the motor mount has sagged". The entire mount (metal and rubber) is sitting low? Or, the rubber inside the metal shell is compressed?

Entire mount on the broken bolt side has drooped. If the bolt was not broken in the nut the new bolt would not be long enough to reach the nut.

Sounds like the broken bolt allowed the entire mount to drop down on that side. If the other side (where the other bolt goes through) isn't bent, and the rubber portion looks to be in good shape (everything is still centered), then you should be able to reuse it. Obviously you'll need to remove the rest of the broken bolt. Then jack the mount back up into position so a new bolt can be inserted.

It should not be that hard to support the motor with a jack stand and unbolt the entire brace from the body. That will allow you much easier access to getting the busted bolt out of the captured nut.
