I was looking at the nice pics, the perfect paint, the description of the media used. And I told myself, "this is a bunch of old people with a lot of knowledge and perfect tooling". After cleaning and sanding them, I usually paint my parts with on the shelf spray paint. I feel like I'm a poor guy with no tools and no knowledge.

Then I go back to the top of the thread and see the name... OH! That's Bernice! OK then. Some people got the right tools and knowledge. But I'm not at the lower step. And I'm still learning.

Congrats Bernice, it's looking better than factory new.

None of these brackets are OEM Lancia, they are all designed, made out of 6061 structural aluminum extrusion from raw material.
Lancia Scorpion was not intended to have these oem Montecarlo bumpers installed as originally designed.

Took advantage of the 5mph bumper gas damper mounting holes to make these brackets. The top support bar does not appear oem, but given the flimsy plastic oem Monte bumpers, they need this added support. Last item, add some really effective heat shielding as the exhaust is famous for melting this plastic rear bumper... or another unfinished original design item.
