Haha, yes there are many Yankee car fans here. If you wonder where all Belairs, Impalas etc went, they are here. They are often restored to better condition than new. On a typical car meet with 200 cars, 100 are Yankees, 70 are Volvo or SAAB, 29 from rest of EU and 1 X1/9 (mine) .
I admit I like classic US cars, but they are too common here so I've lost the interest.

So when you see a person in Sweden wearing a New York Yankees baseball cap, they are more likely to be an American car fan than a baseball fan?

Baseball? Is that some kind of sport? We never heard about it here.
