Next project: those saggy doors

Wondering what has worked best for others plagued with sagging doors on their Spiders. My 73 is so bad that even lifting them over the sill and onto the latches doesn't really work.

Have you been more successful in replacing the hinges or rebuilding them? If rebuilding them, have you done it yourself or had them done?

Rebuilt my own. Got a set of extras, drilled the holes out oversize. Made bronze bushings I pressed in and made a new pin.

My 850 Coupe's doors are slightly sagging too and I think the latch on the driver's side isn't aligned properly -- the door doesn't seem to want to close completely flush with the body. Need to investigate.
