Per my GM 4 pin HEI conversion thread under separate cover, I have been working to determine the correct coil, a non-trivial exercise. Figured it would be logical to emulate the MarelliPlex, since it uses the same HEI ignition control module. I landed on the Bosch 00105, but could not at the time of purchase ascertain the secondary side resistance. Since it just arrive by FedEx, applied the multimeter.
Same primary reading Yves found.
Secondary: 10.2k ohms
This should theoretically work, as it is quite close to the Marelli coil. And it worked for Yves.
