When you bring Scorpion to a condo and you find pics of it taken by a cyber stalker neighbor and then become real friends.

Also in building is a Fiat Dino. Sounds great. Knew it was a Ferrari Dino engine when he entered building and was anxious to see what car it was in driving up each floor till I saw it.

I love your Montecarlo, the red just pops! Your car has a very clean look, I also like your rear engine lid window treatment. When I bought my 1976 . The PO had your type of wheels on the car. He also had the B turbo wheels.
The tires on the B turbo wheels were new. So I chose the B turbo wheels. I like both.

Love your Montecarlo. Must be easier to keep dust off of it than my black Montecarlo.

Its been to several rallyXs at different locations which stir up more dust than Texas tornado

.

Many of the other pics were taken at dusty locations off asphalt. Here are some old engine compartment pics I found that must have been taken at some racing event judging from dust on driver's rail and oil breather with the the DCOE setup.

Cleaner times at shows. I'm not really a carshow type person though.

Old springtime pics in EvoII specs when took my kid down to local pizza shop.

The look on officer's face who was directing traffic when he saw kid in race harnesses holding beers with his feet and pizza in his lap was priceless. Some school faculty not so happy the times I'd pic him up in rallycars.

Pizzeria owner insisted we park in space near the street to draw Italian connection attention. Sure thing, extra pepperoni please.

I have them. In the closet.

But yeah, RainX and speed (heavily raked windshield you don’t have to go fast) but most of all avoid driving in the rain. So removed and kept for next owner to decide.

I have 3 enclosed trailers and a rollback flatbed tow truck with stinger so can take an additional vehicle. However my small enclosed trailer is kinda dedicated to the Scorpion. Distant events on crappy eastern interstates I tow which gives me tools, RC cars, shelter, camping supplies, canopy, AC, patio furniture, barbecue grille, camp chairs, large drone, ..

Check out some Lancia RC cars in clear storage in front of trailer. Have since added more units and cars since that photo was taken.

I’v built lots of RC cars I like to take to events. About half are Lancias. Building RC bodies is how I spent the quarantine lockdown and also helped when my PTSD was extreme.

Here I was driving the RC car upto the start beside the Integrale I was codriving while our crew chief gets a ride in my seat.

More I don’t have pics of or are in process (Delta S4s).

I also take a drone to large events which including all the accessories is bulky. Maybe this summer will remember to have someone drive the Scorpion and do a chase drone video.

Love the Lancia RC collection. Makes me want to build some more. This is a Kyosho Stratos. Due to its short wheelbase, it is almost 1/6 scale.
The pictures are from when I first built it 20 years ago. I recently tore it down and gave it a total restoration.

Its a custom. You have to make it to match yours. Black would be easier.

FYI, Laudo a French model maker has introduced 1:18 scale versions of both the Montecarlo and the Scorpion. I bought a white/red Montecarlo. I have had thousands of models (lost 6000+ models in the 2018 Paradise Camp Fire) and this one is very good.

I bought the rally service vans from Laudo.

Wasn’t that keen on getting their Montecarlo when it was available. Wish they did a glass buttress version.
