Looking at the book, it doesn't look like I've got the tools to replace them. I guess I need to locate a good Fiat shop in the Eugene/Springfield area. [FONT=Trebuchet MS, Verdana, Tahoma, Arial]<!-- google_ad_section_start -->When I recently did the overhaul on my 5-speed, I ran into the same question about the allen-head cap screws that hold the half-axles to the stub shafts (1500s only, BTW)
I did not replace them ALL, but I did replace about half of them.
The key is to examine them thoroughly, you will be looking for any kind of distortion of the threads, the shaft, or marring on the head. If the thing looks even remotely questionable, just replace it!
I was able to find screws at a local "fastener shop", in my case, the place is called "Tacoma Screw", they have several stores in the Northwest, and they were able to come up with a nearly identical unit (it was about 1/2 a thread longer). I took a new one & compared it to the old ones. Any that did not look as good as the new one in every way got chucked.
The bottom line is that you just don't want those things to give up while you're doing 95 mph down the freeway!
The new ones are not expensive - if you don't have a nut/bolt/screw specialty shop near you, you can always order them from one of the vendors listed on the SeaX linkpage. -Mac.

When I installed them, they all twisted the heads right off!!! I had always re-used them up till then with out a problem, so I put the old ones back in.
Since then I only replace them when the allen head begins to look bad or is stripped. I have never found any with distorted or stripped threads. Like Mac, when I do find a bad one I replace it with similar units I found at a fastener supply house. Remember, these are very high grade fasteners so re-using them should not be a problem. Just remember to torque them correctly.
