RIP Fry’s - I feel partly responsible....

Since moving to Phoenix, Homedepot at Lowes are totally different that what I experienced in Seattle. In the Seattle locations, there is no customer service. The aisles are empty and the staff doesn't really know anything about their products, but they seem to be really into body-piercing. Here in the Phoenix area, the stores are full of staff, mostly elderly that came down from the Midwest after they retired. We are talking about master carpenters, master electricians and the like. Its amazing.
