I just got an email from tires-easy.com - they are running a special on all Achilles tires. A set of four 185/60 r13's is $ 169.60 - shipped.

Just a heads up in case anyone needs new shoes.

I have a set on my 124 sedan. They were the easiest set of tires I have balanced on my HF bubble balancer. One tire and wheel needed no weights at all. The other three needed very little weight. They roll true down the road.

Certainly not a true performance tire, but if you are looking for all season tires these are a good choice.

That is what the guys at Costco said. One of them didn’t even need any weight, they matched the rim to the tire. They were amazed at how good the tires were.
