As far as I know...

$12k is the record. A black Scorp in the Milwaukee WI area, which was sold to a guy here in the DFW, TX area about 5 years ago.

Ken Stevensen's Alfa V6-powered Scorp. He lives in that area. It's blue (I'm assuming by "grey/blue" you meant that you could not tell for certain, not that it was a 2-tone).

I think we've finally overtaken you in relative values - was it Allen Loftland's immaculate black car went to Israel for $12k a few years back?

The highest paid for a standard car in the UK I know of is £12.5k GBP, and they're worth even more in mainland Europe.
