That looks like a 6.5" which would be legal for a 1500 X in SCCA F production back in the day.
On second look, it is a 6" which would be legal for a 1300 X in SCCA G production back in the day.

Judging from the non ideal viewing angle and what looks to be the tape not being perpendicular to the rim, I would not be surprised if it was a 5.5".
 
Thanks for helping clarify that Kendall. I should have noted in the description it has 13x6 stamped on the inside rim surface. I realized I should have measured the backspacing as well, which I will do later today.
