Small items needed & 79' X's transmission parts up for grabs or trade

CnC79X19

True Classic
Looking for a few items that were non existant or misplaced when we disassembled our 79. We need the banjo bolt and washers for the clutch slave as well as the return spring and spring and washers (on the cotter pin side) that ride on the cylinder rod according to the manual. Also the manual shows a pilot bearing for the flywheel on our 1500? Don't recall anything like that existing during disassembly. Anyhow we've got 3 disassembled 5 speed transmissions here. If you have any or all of the items we're looking for and would like to sell or possibly trade anything we have "or" need of any internal transmission stuff ( free as long as you aren't putting together a transmission to profit from somebody simply trying to get their car together) let me know. Sorry, some of the pictures doubled up for whatever reason? Also, not trying to be cheap here either and these parts we need might seem trivial it's the import fees, taxes, shipping and extra Fed Ex that hits us in Canada turns out to be triple the cost buying new.
Thanks Cliff20190820_085556.jpg 20190820_085502.jpg 20190820_085448.jpg 20190820_085358.jpg 20190820_085422.jpg 20190820_085556.jpg 20190820_085502.jpg 20190820_085448.jpg 20190820_085358.jpg 20190820_085422.jpg

Would you happen to have matching case halves (they are line bored as a pair when manufactured and really should be kept together as a pair) with the beefier reverse shaft diameter (18mm vs 16mm diameter)? Not sure of the years, but probably late 1984/early 1985 and later (car serial # 149270 and up).

Also, FIAT and Bertone made numerous changes to gearset ratios in the 5 speed (except for 2nd gear, it stayed the same), so it might be useful to supply tooth counts on any gears or countershafts that you are offering.

These are all 79 transmissions and yes the cases are matched. Only have 2 cases that are in fact matched although one has a messed up threaded hole where the fixed stud used to be. As far as tooth counts? There's a ton of gears and that would be a bit time consuming for a "just in case" scenario. Not trying to profit but don't mind counting if someone is after something specific though?

I have never seen a pilot bearing on any of my X motors, all the spider motors had them.

Cliff, I might have the clutch slave parts you need. Lets exchange emails to see exactly what they are and what I have, to see if it will help. I'll have to get back to you later today though.

And like Carl, I was also under the impression there is no pilot bearing in these.

Some vendors will sell you a pilot bearing for your X1/9, but you can't use it because the X never came with one.
