cut the trunk pan out today and was pleasantly surprised at the ease of it as well as no major rot!!!

No major rot beneath? I’m assuming the pan you removed was rusted, or was the intended purpose to make an access panel?

Po had a battery flopping around! Luckily it only rotted the pan and a quarter sized spot on the inner tail pan r/corner! Got a nice pan from europarts uk as per cratecruncher’s help! The exhaust is a vick’s header and muffler. I like it, not too loud but loud enough!
