WTB thermo switch for carb fan

I am looking for the thermo switch and mounting block that controls/runs the carb fan set up. It attaches to one of the rear carb studs. Switch has two electrical blade connectors coming out the back of the switch. I am told this was used only on 73 and 74 year cars. My car is 79 with 74 carb.
I really just need the mounting or attaching block as I have access to a good switch but would take both. Please let me know what you have and how many $. Thanks.

Ed Im away on holidays right now but will be back home later in next week. Just getting a signal where I can presently but send me a picture of exactly what youre after and maybe I can help because we have several boxes of stuff and a lot from a 74.
