X1/9 AC Restoration and Upgrade - What the wife wants, she gets

I know I’ve seen a lot of old radiators that looked that way, and I definitely think it may be more durable. I’m glad I chose copper over aluminum. Here is the company information and they’re looking at adding them to their eBay store to make ordering easier.

I'm thinking of emailing them regarding a heater core for the 280Z; I don't actually need one now, but part of me would rather have the original than the Ford Escort one. Mind you, I'm never driving the car in weather that would be cold enough to require a serious heather, so maybe I shouldn't bother... decisions, decisions 😜

I haven't been able to keep up with your thread about the Z. But I'm surprised if there aren't any replacement heater cores already available for a Z car? That seems to be a model with a ton of aftermarket support.

You would think, given the range of items that are available brand new, but there are only re-core services at over $300...

They could probably do it. The only downside is yanking yours out and sending it. I mainly sent mine so guys could have a source for the X and their prices seem reasonable.

I already have mine out, and it's a leaker, so nothing lost there. What sort of pricing are we looking at if you don't mind me asking?

My guess would be about the same as the x. They quoted me 260 for copper and 200 for aluminum. If you prefer text. The person I was texting with # is 323-569-9844. I just sent them a photo and they priced it out from there.
