Yes, to me it looks like it would be:

1. Gather up a set of cylinders
2. Send out to be sleeved in stainless by a reputable shop
3. Hardest part, acquiring top-quality replacement innards
4. Assemble in a clean environment and meticulous fashion
 
Thats O K. When you see me at BFI, you wont remember who I am again. Even though I met you years ago at Rudy,s house.. Ha
 
Just for reference I paid $7 a rotor and maybe $28 for the master when I worked at NAPA. Garbage parts. So Bernice has the right idea. Fix it yourself because ain't nobody going to do the work like you will.
