looks like it has brand new tires!

I have a set of those wheels, I believe. This one has been floating on CL & such a while. Really, I would have thought for the relatively little amount of money (vs. a lot more for 124 Cs that may not be a "lot more" nice) it might be a decent project. Not for me though! :)
 
are those wheels rare and desirable? If so, I do not think the seller knows that as none of the pictures focus on the wheels. The price doesn't seem that bad at current bid. Any bets on what it will reach?
 
The wheels are 100+ Octavo’s.

This car was at a farm auction a year or two ago. I couldn’t go so...

However it is something I am watching. It’s 3 hours and 43 minutes from me, not that I have been researching or anything.

Very very tempting as in I could get in a lot of trouble with my wife...

Lots of work to bring this one back but the biggest thing is its not all rusted away.
