$14,500 with no title or top

Am I missing something? I mean…… $14,500 no title? That makes my car worth $30k!

If a title is important to you, one could churn the car through another state like Vermont which doesn’t provide titles to cars older than a certain age.

Beyond the fuel cell and some missing bits like the wiper motor and the new paint, it looks pretty standard. So few images it is hard to say.

You’d want a quality aluminum fuel cell like ATL, not a plastic cheapo that will collapse over time. 15 gallons is plenty (not a small drag racing cell) and you’d have to measure to fit the decreasing floor space leaving room to install mounting brackets at bottom. There is a double floor so takes some time or cost more if you have a shop install it.

Then you want to mount the filter, pump, regulator on the front bulkhead. Somewhere either also on front bulkhead after the regulator or in engine compartment a pressure gauge. Length of hose. Steel braided preferably. A vent hose with a rollover valve.

Unsure why whomever installed this one choose to offset it to right side which corner also has the battery weight.

Looked up ATL. Looks like a $1500 mod. Still wonder what the motivation was. Are Lancia gas tanks that hard to find?
 
Don't forget the fitting for a fuel gauge sending unit. And learn to love raising the front trunk lid every time you fill the tank.

Thats the best part. Watching people's reactions at the gas station as you seemingly are pumping gas into luggage compartment.
 
Nige, the really cool guys have a matching hole in the trunk cover and a Monza flip up gas cap. Sadly, I have never been that cool.
