1986 Bertone X 1/9 - Edgewood, MD

Hello everyone!

Up for sale is my late fathers X 1/9, formerly owned by Haz Neuman. The car is located in Edgewood, MD. I have posession of the car, which I am selling for my mother. Many of you know this car from countless Freak Out's and other shows throughout the years that my Dad was a club member. I've had possesion of the car for almost two years now, coming up with pretty much every excuse not to list it for sale despite not wanting the car for myself. Mom has lost patience with me putting this off, so It's time for her to find her next home.

Current mileage is just a hair under 88K. My dad was not known for driving his cars hard, leaving this Earth having never gotten a speeding ticket. This car has been garage kept for decades, and has quite a lot of life left in her. I'm hoping she can be passed along to another club member who will keep her in the family, so to speak.

Hey Matt, looks like lots of custom work done. Do you know anything about the engine transmission? All stock original, or rebuilt? I love the plenum. Just the right amount of shine! Is the Bertone logo adhered to the plenum, or blasted/machined into it? Much nicer than the upside down FIAT logo. I see a remote oil filter. Also a cooler?

Hi Erwin,

It's the original engine and trans. The Bertone badge has been adhered. No remote cooler, but obviously has the remote filter.
