Yes & no.

Well, that's a full page of different ones, but if you meant this one, then yes it's the one he's after (though I'm guessing not at $420 for just a bare unit). http://www.midwest-bayless.com/stor...l.aspx?sid=1&sfid=208227&c=193006&i=281202792

Nope, not what he's asking for. These are the points-type Ducellier units for 1974-78 carbed 1300's.

Hello,

That was entertaining reading the discussion going back and forth on my behalf

If you have one that would be great from my research the model number should be engraved on the outside of the distributor and only the last three digits are different between the carb'd 1500X from '79-'80 and the F.I 1500X from '81- end of production.

Carb'd 1500X distributor last three digits are: 020

F.I 1500X distributor last three digits are: 050

Email w/ pic sent. Numbers say:
Top row. Z 44 14 928 A1
Bottom row. 0 237 002 041

Two small stamPs say 050 and 832.
Bosch made in Germany.

Let me know if that works and I'll get you a shipping rate.

I need an X1/9 expert to look at those model numbers you posted and confirm whether the distributor you have is for a carb'd X or a F.I one.

Hopefully "Brian" 'DallaraX19' reads this and chimes in.

I'll reply to your e-mail

Thanks,

Carb vs FI

This is probably the FI distributor. The MWB link (in my post above) shows the Carbed distributor as Z 44 14 929. The other info posted here says the 3-digit stamping should be "020" for the carbed unit. Yours shows "050", which is for the FI unit.
